Ganymede

The biggest moon in the solar system, larger than the planet Mercury. Ganymede is the only moon with a magnetic field of its own, which paints faint auroras around its poles. Its surface is a patchwork of dark, ancient cratered ground and brighter, grooved bands. Deep below the ice, it too probably hides a salty ocean.
