The brighter of the two famous twin stars of Gemini, glowing warm orange next to its white brother Castor. Pollux is the nearest giant star to Earth, and it owns something special: a confirmed planet, larger than Jupiter, found by watching the star wobble. If you stood on a moon of that planet, an orange sun would fill the sky.
