A planet inflated like a balloon: twice Jupiter's width but only half its mass, giving it roughly the density of styrofoam. Intense heat from its nearby star puffs its atmosphere up. WASP-17b also orbits backwards, against its star's rotation, evidence that some gravitational tussle once threw it completely off course.
