The mission that turned Saturn into a familiar place. Cassini circled the ringed planet for thirteen years, dropped the Huygens lander onto Titan, discovered the water geysers of Enceladus and flew through them for a taste. When its fuel ran low, it was steered into Saturn itself, burning up like a meteor so it could never crash on a moon that might harbor life.
