Tiangong means heavenly palace, and it is China's own space station, smaller than the ISS and run by its own rotating crews since 2021. With two crewed stations circling Earth at once, more people now live in orbit at the same time than ever before. From the ground, Tiangong too can be spotted as a moving point of light.
