A small parallelogram of stars hanging from one of the brightest beacons in the sky, blue white Vega. In myth this is the lyre of Orpheus, whose music charmed even the underworld. Between two of its modest stars hides the Ring Nebula, the smoke ring of a dying sun, making tiny Lyra one of the richest small constellations for a telescope.
