A glowing pink cloud in Sagittarius, big and bright enough to glimpse with the naked eye on dark summer nights. Inside, newborn heavyweight stars blast the gas with radiation, carving channels and twisters of dust, including a bright hourglass shaped core. The dark lane winding through it gave the lagoon its name.
